Bruce and I just harvested our first official batch of fresh spinach and created Lasagna Alma....oohh! Basil (from my herb garden), garlic onions, cottage cheese, spinach(from my raised beds) and mama mia MOZZERRELLA!
The house smells delicious!!

Houston's here..... and we hear you loud and clear... it sounds good, and I hate spinach! lol (I like fresh not cooked..)
