Posted - Jun 20 2009 : 3:39:34 PM Safeway has a nummy peach-pineapple salsa! Tomorrow I am going to make a home-made thin-crust pizza with it and Canadian bacon and mozzarella...should spice it up a bit, with a good green salad...so fun!

Posted - Jun 21 2009 : 08:41:21 AM I know it seems that using a national organic brand is against the "movement", but really, hasn't national acceptance of organics been what we have always wanted? By having a large company recognize the amount of money spent in this direction, is in fact recognizing that there are a whole lot of us with money to spend on organics and in recognizing that, gives us power and validation. I remember in the 70's when people thought you were a freaky hippie if you even mentioned the word, Organic, lol.
