Hit me with it, girls! I'll be canning tomato sauce for the very first time ever and need a reliable recipe! Preferably one in which there are no seeds left in it. The hubs and DD are way too (ridiculously) picky!

The best way to get rid of seeds is to use a food mill and then a fine mesh strainer. I just can plain cooked tomatoes (with a little bit of lemon juice added) and then make my "sauce" when I am ready to use it rather than canning the finished product.
