Posted - Jun 08 2009 : 12:01:05 PM Use it just as you would ground beef. It works great in spaghetti, tacos, burritos, casseroles, etc. We eat it a lot. There is nothing better than grilled lambburgers with bleu cheese and homemade onion rings on them and BBQ sauce! That's one of my faves.

Last summer, I made stuffed squash with ground lamb. My husband LOVED it. I just used whatever veggies I had on hand. Cut them up small, sauteed them with the ground lamb. Used Indian spices such as curry. Put them in the squash and baked. Yummy.
