This past weekend I made up MaryJane's 3-bite biscuit burgers from the current issue of the magazine. They were simply scrumptious!

I made the chedder garlic burgers. Boy were they delicious! My boyfriend and my dad, who I was cooking for that night, absolutely loved them. They got rave reviews and I will definitely be making some more soon and I am excited to try out the different varieties. :) Thanks so much for the great recipes!!

I was so happy she included a "veggie" burger recipe! I do use organic, free range local meat for my boys, they love meat! But my husband and I were both raised vegetarian, so I can hardly stomach beef, no matter how lovely it smells.
