I want to make steaks for Valentines day, and since we keep kosher, that means a non-dairy meal. I'd love to make something gooey and chocolaty, though, and I was wondering if anyone knew some good non-dairy chocolate dessert recipes? I'd prefer something that didn't contain tofu, if possible, but soy milk is ok.

Now are eggs okay? I have a cake recipe that's really good, but it has eggs in it. It's a "Skinny Fallen Mousse Cake with Berry Sauce." If you want it, I can post the recipe.
