I am Diabetic type 2
I am looking for a good salad Dressing
something that is not sweet or sour tasting
I thought about the virgin oil type maybe.
anybody know of any recipes or
in the grocery store that sales something like this.
I have been putting just a tad of mayonnise on my salad
My taste buds seem to be changing as I get older.
Thanks hugs sheila

Here's my favorite, yummy recipe. My family and friends rave:
1 part raw apple cider vinegar (or other good, fermented vinegar- I buy mine from a winery)
2 parts good EV olive Oil- cold pressed
to taste: chunk of a sweet or purple onion
1 or more cloves garlic (I use 3)
1 TB Italian herbs
salt & pepper
squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lemon
chunk of good parm cheese if you like, and pine nuts if you are rich *U*
blend until smooth & creamy
