Are sooo good!

I made some with MaryJane's Chillover powder (from the recipe in the Lifebook) and they are great

And then I made a batch that used geletain and they were great too!

I need to be careful or I am going to get fat!

Isn't it fun to make? I love watching the simple syrup bloom into the marshmallow! I really want to try some with real marsh mallow though!

Alee~ Matthew and I did this recipe last year to test it and then again for the holidays. We wrapped each "S'More" in cute holiday cellophane bags and hung them on the tree for all the cousins... WOW! what a huge hit! the graham cookies are so devine!

I didn't toast mine. I suppose you could put them under a broiler- but I just dusted mine in powdered sugar to keep them from sticking. I put vanilla and almond extract in mine. Maybe a bit too much almond- I did a full teaspoon of both. Next time I make them I am going to use less almond.
