recipe, has bread in it, like stuffing cubes? I'd like to try it for Easter if I can find a recipe.

Mmmmmmmmmmm. . .
that sounds so good. I love pineapple. We always do upside down cakes, but with ham. . . .very interesting.

Suzan, I have a recipe for scalloped pineapple that is SO good.

Melt 1/2 lb of butter; add 1/2 cup sugar and 3 eggs. Stir in a lg. can crushed pineapple and 4 cups cubed bread. I just pour everything on to the bread. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

This is good with baked ham. You could probably use less butter than that if you wanted. But it's really good.
