Has anyone made Cottage Cheese from yougurt?
Mom use to make homemade cottage cheese from the milk when she milked her cow
It was the best.
Wondering if any one has a recipe and if anyone has tried this?
would you share a recipe?

I have not made cottage cheese from yogurt. But I have been trying to find a "good" recipe to make with my cows milk. I have tried 5 different recipes so far. Still have not gotten a two thumbs up from my husband. Either they were squeeky, or mushy. I think you can drain yogurt and make a cheese spread out of it.
Hope you can find a recipe
