Hi everyone! Just got done making the soft cheese from the recipe in the new Glamour Camping edition of MJF. Wow- you all have to try it!
So quick and easy. I added the garlic/dill blend, and we have been oinking out on it all day. Thanks MaryJane - we love it!

I started making soft cheese last summer and I am definitely going to try MJ's recipe. My favorite herb to add is tarragon. Yum. But that garlic-dill sounds delish!
