This recipe is from Cooking Light. I use my indoor grill pan for these. Great recipe!

Grilled Teriyaki Pork Chops
Recipe By :
Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00
Categories : Pork & Ham
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
4 6 ounce center-cut loin pork chops, trimmed of fat -- about 3/4" thick
Marinade
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons minced shallot
2 tablespoons dry white wine
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar -- or honey
2 cloves garlic -- minced
cooking spray
Combine marinade ingredients. Put marinade and pork in a ziplock bag. Seal and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes to overnight. Turn occasionally.

Prepare grill (indoor grill pan or outdoor grill).
Coat grill rack with oil. Cook chops 7 minutes on each side or until done, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
Note that these chops can be frozen in the marinade for later defrosting and grilling.
