Can anyone tell me, are you supposed to shake up the bottle of ACV before you use it, or are you supposed to just leave it and pour what you need? I have a gallon of Braggs, and just not sure what to do, shake it or not

I like to mix it with sparkling mineral water. I don't drink it enough! Do you think it will make a big difference?

I keep my bottle of bragg's in the fridge. Then mix with cold water I keep in the fridge too!

I drink my ACV in ice cold water only too. The really cold water helps with the flavor of the vinegar. I shake my ACV every time before I use it. I drink a glass of it in the morning and again in the afternoon. I really notice the difference if I miss a day. I have my dad drinking it now and he is amazed by the results.

I have been drinking a glass every morning of ACV and water. Well almost every morning, I forgot today. But I keep a small bottle on my counter, so I remember! Ha I was putting in maple syrup, but have quit doing that, just drinking it staight up! I am not the biggest honey fan, though I am hoping to get bees ordered this fall. So maybe I would like "homemade" honey better!

Shake it. Isn't that weird that now the word shake looks funny. Gotta go do mine now. I just ate spaghetti and heartburn comes with it.
Michele, are you doing the honey and ACV? I still swear by that stuff. If I miss a day, I can tell.

The sediment in the bottom is what makes it work I think.
