On the back cover on latest Mj mag is an advertisement for Eden whole grains. The quinoa is really good I use it like rice as a side dish or add it to raw vegs and italian dresing for cold salad. Very good for you too. I just found this stuff the other day at lunch.

I like it in place of rice too, I really don't care for rice, but love Quinoa, I find that any mexican dish you would use rice for Quinoa works great!

My favorite is with black beans, garlic, lime juice, cumin, etc. :) It was a recipe a long time ago from Vegetarian Times. A loooooong time ago! lol Like 20 years! lol haha

In the MJF Outpost book there are several recipes for quinoa. I'll look for some more and share them here.

Blessings!

Yum! Good stuff! I saw a special on pbs on how they grow/harvest this stuff. Wow! It's very labor intensive!

Our favorite quinoi recipe:

Cooked quinoi, cold or still warm, in a bowl...
Cover it with organic, vanilla or plain yogurt...
Cover yogurt with banana slices...
Drizzle with honey
Enjoy!!!
