The quinoa is really good I use it like rice as a side dish or add it to raw vegs and italian dresing for cold salad. Very good for you too. I just found this stuff the other day at lunch.

Posted - Jan 24 2009 : 8:05:08 PM I like it in place of rice too, I really don't care for rice, but love Quinoa, I find that any mexican dish you would use rice for Quinoa works great!
My favorite is with black beans, garlic, lime juice, cumin, etc. :) It was a recipe a long time ago from Vegetarian Times. A loooooong time ago! lol Like 20 years! lol haha

Cooked quinoi, cold or still warm, in a bowl... Cover it with organic, vanilla or plain yogurt... Cover yogurt with banana slices... Drizzle with honey Enjoy!!!
