Don't know how many of you here home educate your children/or have children that are greatly interested in pursuing culinary studies/or any of you that have taken culinary classes at perhaps a community college or what not and are wishing to extend your studies a little...
well ..the National Honey Board has several dvd's for either students or culinary instructors to be able to learn more about the uses of honey in cooking. It is a very comprehensive teaching module/reference with loads of recipes using honey/as well as a video included on the dvd that covers the life of a hive,and things like honey varietal comparisons on taste/and color..and a good bit more.
At the end of the workshop provided/workbook that you can print out..after it is completed and the exam is passed the instructor can award the student with a credit of 3.5 hours from the ACF for extra education..
