We have decided to give me a year to build up my health, lose some weight and get ready to have another baby. I know folate is so important, so I started taking my multi vitamin again and I can tolerate green smoothies every other day right now. I am also incoporating more baby spinach into my diet.

Does anyone have a resource for recipes, that the family could eat also and benefit from?

I just found a yummy squash soup recipe that allows you to use one half for the soup and one half to make baby food. I like recipes like this.

Thanks.

Heather
