This recipe is good for decorating because it dries hard.

Royal Frosting

2 egg whites
2 1/2 cups icing sugar

Beat egg on high speed until foamy. Add sugar 1/2 cup at a time. Beat at high speed for 5 mintues.


Makes lots! Separate it into bowls and add food coloring. Have fun decorating!
