I wish I had more time to look throug all the postings but took the easier way to see if anyone knows of a coffee substitute I could drink to replace coffee. I love coffee but the caffeine is not allowing me to sleep if I drink to late in the afternoon. Is there something out there besides decaf coffee that tastes similar? Thanks.

My favorite by far is FAux Joe... you can get it at www.farmatcoventry.com Wonderful stuff!! YOu brew it like coffee and it has wonderful flavor!! The gal who developed this (Sue) is our own Blue Egg Babe...a sweet farmgirl!

Try Roma or Pero. Both are made from grain, taste good and do not have caffiene. Roma is made from barley and chicory. If I want something warm that is not hot cocoa, I drink a cup of Roma. I get mine in our local co-op, but health food stores carry it as well.
