I have a five gallon bucket of strawberry puree that I need to do something with. This spring the berries here on the farm did great so I made four batches of various strawberry jams. I have made homemade strawberry syrup for milk but what else can I do with all that puree?? I hate to waste it.

get a dehydrator for $20 and make fruit roll ups or keep some plain to blend into some vanilla icecram to make strawberry/vanilla...yummy!
