Has anyone seen this book? It's by Sandor Ellix Katz. It's about everything fermentable you could ever imagine. I am doing the apple cider vinegar now made from the cider we just made.

I think he lives in Tenn. now and has done workshops at the Sequachie Valley Institute here.

Anyway, a good book with recipes for everything from wine to easy sauerkraut.

I love that book. Gotta get a crock so I can try out the recipes!
