Fantastic! I'm so glad you are on your farm. I'd love to move on to ours. But I'm tickled pink to have a trailer there so I can "camp out" any time. So peaceful!

Check out Jack Keller's wine recipe website. winemaking.jackkeller.net/recipes.asp I have found his recipes are easy to follow, his website is full of information to answer any questions that might come up, and I've always been happy with the results. Even the "not so good wine" is put to good use in cooking. Have fun!
