Posted - Sep 25 2008 : 8:27:24 PM We've been having a weekly fund raising lunch at work for our local Relay for Life. Today it was Chinese food. I made eggrolls! Last night I was up till late slicing/dicing and then rolled them all to a platter. Then I fried them up during the lunches. I cooked over 45 eggrolls today! I came home smelling like a fry cook. I got a chance to borrow another co-worker's deep fryer....so MUCH easier and even than when in a fry pan at home....at least for THAT many! <LOL> -- My hubby laughed at me when I brought out my old Hipari to wear...I told him it was either all those eggrolls or a new handmade jacket...but I couldn't do both! I'm not as young as I used to be!! Glad it's Friday tomorrow. |
