Somewhere I remember someone asking if anyone had a cracker recipe. I searched but couldn't find the post. I found a book at Borders called "Flatbreads and Flavors" by Alford and Duguid that has a recipe. I can't wait to try it, but not at home yet.

Laurie, I have a recipe book, Easy Homemade Crackers by Jim Long. Has some wonderful reicpes. Check www.longcreekherbs.com. You should be able to get it there. Glad you brought up the subject. I haven't got out this recipe book for quite a while. So while in the middle of everything else, I might make some crackers.
