Has anyone ever frozen grapejuice? I usually can it but this year I am running low on jars. Here's what I had in mind but can't really find much info on it. I was thinking of running the grapes thru my victoria strainer and then freezing it and adding sugar when I defrost it and add water. Basically trying to make a concentrate. I wanted to try to avoid cooking it if at all possible. If it needs cooking I can do it, just wanted it as fresh as possible. Daisy

I think it would be best to heat to a boil before freezing. Just in case. Won't change the taste but would take care of any nasty things so not to pass them on.
