I know there are a thousand ways to make this salad but right now I'm eating for lunch (at work), home grown red onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers in olive oil and redwine vinegar. Yuuummmmyyy! Isn't it so wonderful to be able to take lunch with you to work that is made with everything from your garden?? There is just something soooo comforting in it!

I just made this salad and added feta cheese...oh so yummy! Thanks for the idea. After making and eating it I thought about the celery I had in the frig too...I'll add that next time for some crunch!

We had it tonight too, only we call it "Greek salad". Has fresh lots of fresh minced garlic, grated mozzarella or parmesan, olive oil, herb vinegar, tomatoes & cucumbers. Oh, salt & fresh grated pepper too!

My DD & DS loves this salad.

We actually had a lot of sun this year, but we grew our tomatoes in the greenhouses just in case ;)

Sounds deee-licious!! Sounds like Sequim got more sun than Elma this year, if your tomatoes ripened!! Glad somewhere in Western WA got some sun!!!
