Well I tried my first bake-over. It got a mild response. Certainly not the fault of the Bake-Over mix...just operator error. I used ham chunks, potatoes, mixed veggies, mixed cheeses, onion/garlic...

One child wants more veggies next time, the other one wants only beef and no crust...(try to explain, it's not a Bake-Over w/out the crust and the "flip") DH was non-committal. But then again, he wouldn't eat the blueberry cobbler!!!! Regardless, I thought it was tasty...and they WILL see this again.

Mmmmm it sounds delicious T! I think it may have been less operator error and more picky eaters! ;)

looks good! i usually use bigger pieces of veggies, ie., zucchini/broccali, but the mixed veggies look bright and cheerful!! especially mixed in the the cheese....yum!
