This year, while everything else in my garden withered, my pepper plants went crazy, so I have been on the lookout for different ways to use them. I found this website that has loads of poblano pepper recipes and thought that I would share it here in case anyone else is having this problem, too.

There is a recipe for Chicken with Poblano Cream Sauce that I am hoping to try Sunday night when my parents stop by on their way back home.

I have loads of jalapenos, bells, anaheims, pimientos, bananas, poblanos, and another pepper that I am not quite sure what it is. So if anyone else had fun things to do with peppers, let me know!
