I am getting ready for a wee baby that we are adopting and I would love to have a buch of meals frozen so I can grab something when I am very tired!
What are some things that are good to freeze?

Melanie,
I sent you an email. I have a cookbooklet that I wrote with lots of quick & healthy meals. Most of the maindishes can be frozen.

If you send your email to me I'll email it as an attachment.

The offer is for anyone else too.

Blessings,

I agree with Jonni-

I like frozen spaghetti sauce and frozen chili as well. You can also cook and freeze chicken breast with rice, then just heat up some frozen veggies and you can have a nice meal as well.

Lasagna, pasta bakes, soups, stews, meatloaves, enchiladas (without the sauce, add that later when thawed)
