Hello! My best friend just got back from Cheyenne Frontier Days and brought me back "Cowgirl Up In The Kitchen"....it's a cookbook from Cowgirls of the West INC, a group of women in Wyoming...

It is a great little cookbook with a huge variety of yummy things, lots of which I remember my mom making when I was little :) Can't wait to start cookin!
