for too much salt in the potato salad? Somehow I got too much seasoning salt in the potato salad and there's too many eggs and potatoes in there to throw it out. Any ideas?

Thanks ladies - I may try all of the above!! The dressings already mixed into the salad so I can't rinse off the potatoes, but I will pop another potato in the microwave and add that to the salad plus a little milk. Don't have any celery, but if I did I'd add that too!

if it is not too moist already, add more milk.

Salt is REALLY hard to counteract! It has been recommended that you add potato to a soup or sauce that has too much salt and the potato will absorb it. they love salt. Could you rinse them and remake the dressing?

Alright...how about a little cream? I've done something similar in mashed potatoes (the cap from the salt shaker fell off and in it all went!)..I put cream in it, and it seemed to work. Then of course, if you have a mustard based, then you'll need to tweak that a bit.
