Any of you girls have good recipes on what to do with grits? We got a 2 lb bag of Aunt Jemima grits on clearance for 69 cents! (best deal you can get! lol) We've made some breakfasty sweet ones, some savory ones, some cheesy grits... what else is out there? Just wondering if any of you have any thing else you can do with them!

I can only eat grits two ways: plain with lots of butter or with cheese for some good ole cheesy grits.

I am definitely going to try them with cream cheese, and hopefully my chives will grow and I can use them in it. Yum! Sounds good. Salsa too..I didn't think of that .. we have done the sweet (breakfasty) thing and we've done the cheese thing.. and some savory kind ...

I will eat them with a good cheddar cheese and milk, but most of the time I like them simple, with butter, sugar and milk. That's really my favorite way.

Oh my goodness! I didn't realize people fancied up their grits like that. I just eat mine plain with a pat of butter. I may get brave enough to try them with cream cheese though. Thank you all for the ideas!

I love what my family calls "gourmet grits". Try them with cream cheese and chives or salsa and sourcream. What a great supper!
