Posted - Jul 03 2008 : 7:07:00 PM I just got some rhubarb to make a yummy pie. Course I need to go get some vanilla ice cream. It's laying in the center of the picture. I will post a pic of the finished pie. I decided to make rhubarb Crisp instead of pie. It is mighty good with Vanilla Ice Cream.

Posted - Jul 04 2008 : 04:32:01 AM I love rhubarb! Made a rhubarb crunch the other day, and before putting on the crumb-crunch topping, dropped a few frozen raspberries over the rhubarb. Oh my oh me. It was delish!
Yum yum -- pie. Do post the pic!
