As we are doing chickens right now, canning, freezing, etc. My husband asked if we have a recipe for making chicken patties, you know the kind we could freeze to use later. Anyone have any such recipe? Thanks!

What if you just ground the chicken made the patties and froze it plain and the experimented with different seasoning and rub combinations when you cook them?

Thanks Tina, I already looked at those recipes and googled it. What I'd really like is to find a recipe someone has tried and enjoyed. I'd hate to "waste" the meat on something that is good in theory but doesn't actually work great. Thus my question here.
