As we are doing chickens right now, canning, freezing, etc. My husband asked if we have a recipe for making chicken patties, you know the kind we could freeze to use later. Anyone have any such recipe? Thanks! |

What if you just ground the chicken made the patties and froze it plain and the experimented with different seasoning and rub combinations when you cook them?

Thanks Tina, I already looked at those recipes and googled it. What I'd really like is to find a recipe someone has tried and enjoyed. I'd hate to "waste" the meat on something that is good in theory but doesn't actually work great. Thus my question here. |
