I know this sounds like a strange request to all of you where it actually gets hot in the summer.......... but, do any of you have a recipe for instant hot cocoa mix - without the non-dairy creamer in it. I think it has cocoa, powdered sugar, nonfat milk, and I don't know if anything else, but if anyone has that I'd appreciate it! thanks!

oh, something else to make! i like the simplicity without all the extra stuff they put in the pre-packaged stuff, not to mention all the trash that comes from it. I can't wait to try this one.

Mom's recpe from 30+ years ago:

8 C. dry milk
1/2 C. cocoa
2 C. sugar

Blend ingredients (wire whisk works best). Store in covered jar or coffee can.
Use 1/4 C. per serving; put in cup and fill with hot water and stir.
