I just finished peeking at MaryJanes newest book and it has some wonderful receipes which I hope to try out this summer.
Including the Dandielion Wine that is featured, a receipe from our very own Huckleberrywine farm girl
.

OH, me??? MaryJane is just too kind, as we all know. What a dear. What a positive dear. :) You know, I gave her some of my wines just thinking I appreciated her so much I had to give her something. She does so much for us. And here she turned it into yet another gift to more folks...how very wonderful she is.

We make a difference.

I was looking at the "Flavor Blends" on pg182-185, I think I am going to make up some of the Santa Fe Blend & store it in a air tight jar, to have on hand to sprinkle on my chicken when I make Chicken Quesadeas....sounds like it has that right combination of spice/kick. And since we are BBQing this weekend I will try it on a piece of chicken(like a rub) to see how the family likes it.
