And I love it!! My hubby ordered me a Country Living grain mill. It was backordered until June 1 so I had to be patient. So much nicer than my Corona hand mill, which took an hour to grind a cup because it was so hard to turn.
DH screwed it to a small table in the kitchen and I just ground 1 cup of lovely, soft wheat flour in no time. Homemade bread, here we come!! Now I really have a farm kitchen.

Karin - good for you! That sounds like such a great gift and so much fun! I just began baking my own bread, and it is the most satisfying feeling! And is there anything prettier than fresh ground wheat flour? Have a good time with your present! :) Take a photo!
