I made this Bourbon Chicken recipe last night for supper and it was great!
http://www.recipezaar.com/45809

I served it with brown rice and a big salad and even my toddler who doesn't typically like meat ate it. I think it is funny that the recipe is called bourbon chicken, yet there is no bourbon in the ingredients. However, there is apple juice in the recipe and I didn't have any so- don't laugh- I used apple flavored Pedialyte! Tasted fine to me!

What did you make for supper last night?

That's sounds yummy!! I'm going to make that for dinner tonight! I also have a finicky toddler so hopefully she'll like it, too!

Thanks for the recipe link!

Creative cooking! Love it. You could start a whole pedialyte trend. :)

Last night I made turkey meatloaf. Ground turkey, one egg, smashed cracker crumbs, and Newman's Peach Salsa. I love using salsa in meatloaf, as it has pieces of tomato, onion and pepper and a great spicy, but not too spicy taste to it when is baked. Then I had fresh (from our garden) sugar snap peas, steamed, and biscuits.

Thanks for the recipe website!
