Sounds good, I'll try it. Sounds like a special dish at your house. We always make those special (favorite) dishes when our kids come home!!!!

I use egg roll wrappers for the noodles. There is none to cook before stuffing.
-Fill & place in pan with 1/2 sauce. Top with the rest of sauce & bake. We are making it tomorrow because a older daughter is home for a few days. Yay!!!

Ada Mae...give me a second (or several)...I make a ricotta/spinach stuffed mannicoti with a garlic cream sauce, if that sounds like something you might be into.
