I wasn't real sure what I wanted. I ordered the cherry cobbler bars, milk choc. bars, potato soup, budget mix. I also re- ordered the FARM KITCHEN magazine, since I gave mine away.Like a lot of us, I have all the magazines and books so far, except the first issue.

Just got my first order last month. Haven't tried the budget mix, yet, but plan to use it tomorrow night for chicken and dumplings, using the carcass and leftover chicken from last night's roast chicken. Can't wait!

I ordered on 4/21 and should be getting my order delivered today. I can't wait to try everything. I ordered: Get Acquainted Sampler, Outpost Backpacking Food, Organic Peasant Tomato Soup, Organic Cheesy B.N.T., Organic Budget Mix™, Whole Wheat & Shot o' Nut Butters.
I think I'll make some biscuits tonight to go with the tomato soup. |

i really like the task bars.....i've also enjoyed several of the soups and pasta meals and the budget mix as well. we are really hooked on that budget mix, i love making those bakeovers---i'm especially looking forward to making the bakeovers this summer when we can pick "stuff" right out of our garden in the backyard. i haven't tried the choc.....i'm on a diet and afraid i'll get hooked and won't be able to stop eating it!! Enjoy!! |
