Posted - Apr 16 2008 : 1:35:27 PM Mine is 1/4 lb. butter, softened, creamed with 1 lb. of cream cheese, I use neufchatal to make it seem like I'm not such a bad girl, then add 1tsp. vanilla and 1/2 cup honey. It's the best over a hearty carrot cake, toast, crackers, my finger. PS This is a secret recipe sshhhh Wow, I can't believe I let out a secret recipe. I have a bunch.
