Got a question :P Does anyone have any fav recipes that they use dandelions in ? I Usually just add them to stir fry or in salad with ranch dressing. Much to my neighbor's horror--I have a bumper crop of them this year !!!!! I am going to pick them all here today . I use just the flower heads .

you can eat roots--leaves and flowers actually. The leaves are a diruetic and the root works as a colon cleanse. Flowers work along same path. They are a bit bitter but i put ranch dressing on my salad .

I thought the dandelion leaves were the edible parts? Learn something new every day!
