Help! We have so many fat, delicious, juicy peaches. My mouth is watering for some peach bread, but I'm having trouble finding a recipe. Anyone have one? Or maybe ideas about how to adapt a banana/zucchini recipe to suit?

Nicol - Thanks! I'll give the second one a try, I think. It's a place to start.
