Posted - Jan 16 2008 : 12:12:27 PM found a new recipe for fudge thought i wold share it with you all maybe already have it? anyways here goes. 1 can of icing, ready made, (betty crocker) french vanilla, 1 bag of peanut butter chippetts, 1 bag of white choclate chippitts. melt altogether in sauce pan low heat till all chippitts are melted, add 1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter stir well, then add 1 bag of score. mix well, and put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan, set up, and cut, i refrigerate mine, or you can freeze it if you want. is to die for, yummm! good at xmas time. very good, too good, i might add. later jo!

score are like little carmel chippsitts they are toooo good! lol! make the fudge really good. try it and see. i may make some too this weekend. oh my! like i need it eh? just can't stop eating that fudge. kids would really love it though. jo

Posted - Jan 17 2008 : 4:39:21 PM i've got another easy recipie for fudge that everybody just loves. hum, maybe i should make some this weekend, we're all stressed out. chrunch up one sleeve saltine crackers very fine and pour in a mixing bowl. stir in 3/4 cup peanutbutter and set aside. on the stove heat 3 cups sugar and 1 cup milk, bring to a boil. allow to boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. pour sugar mixture over pb and crackers and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. pour in a buttered 8x8 pan and let set. cut into squares and refrigerate...if you have any left by that point.
