If you were invited to Iron Chef competition, what would be the items or ingredients that you would insist on having?

Mine:
real butter, both salted and unsalted
extra virgin olive oil
kosher salt
black peppercorn, with mill
Worcestershire sauce
fresh herbs
cast iron skillet or Dutch oven
Old Bay seasoning
sharpened paring knife and chef's knife
wooden cutting board
There's more, but ya'll add to it

I love deadlines. I especially like the whooshing sound they make as they go flying by. ~anon
