Take two acorn squash, cut them in half and remove the seeds (save for roasting).
Place a half-inch of water in the bottom of a baking pan, put the cut sides down and bake squash for 30 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
Meanwhile, cook MJF Lentil Pilav according to directions and set aside.

Remove squash from oven.
With a sharp knife, carefully slice enough off the pointed ends so that the squash halves sit flat in the pan, cut sides facing up.
Stuff the squash halves with the Lentil Pilav.
Place the pan in the oven for about 10 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
