hi! there are some stevia recipes in a book called "the body ecology diet" by donna gates. (donna happened to live across the street from me when i lived in florida. she is a real interesting person----evidently really knows her stuff, too. famous people used to fly her in to various places to plan diets/meals for them) anyway, there are only a few in this particular book; ex: vanilla pudding, ginger ale, almond butter cookies, corn chutney, sweet carrot gelatin salad..) the book that is listed in her book for additional stevia recipes is: stevia: cooking with nature's no-calorie sweetener by ray sahelian, MD and donna gates. i didn't actually cook with stevia, i used it to sweeten some things like iced tea. it is very sweet!

I had never heard of stevia before, so I googled it, and wouldn't you know, there is a www.stevia.com and www.stevia.net and more websites that include recipes. Sorry I don't have a tried and true for you but thanks for teaching me a new herb!! :)
Good luck!!
