Nash, I would want to sometimes use canned apple pie filling. I know it is sweet and wetter. How would you adjust the recipe to use it?
I don't bake alot but I would be guessing.

That is funny you got the recipe from Bob's Red Mill - their "World Headquarters" is right next to where I work and I see Bob every once in a while. Their retail store and restaurant is down the road from work too and their stuff is good.
