Sounds great! I love broccoli and cheese. Adding the beans is good for protein. My homeopathic doctor recommends raw cheddar cheese and of course I'll add my Celtic salt; I'm suppose to eat 1/2 teas. a day.

This sounds great but I'd use the shredded cheddar Soy cheese to avoid all the animal fat..gotta try this..
