we have a boozer tomorrow for Rob's birthday ('twas yesterday, he is now 28) and he and I are going out to diner before hand. so I am not making anything and I hadn't gone grocery shopping since last week, so I pulled out what I could and went to the market for the rest so we are having:
Whole Wheat Organic pitas filled with home made falafel, home made hummus (yummy local organic garlic and chick peas!!) topped with tomatos, cukes, organic alfalfa sprouts, cucumber sauce and onions. I'll probably side dish it with some couscous and black beans. Easy, light, good for us and TAAAAAASTY.....
