Egg Nog Cake

1 yellow instant cake mix
1 instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup cooking oil
3/4 cup dry cooking sherry
2 tsp. nutmeg

Beat together 4 minutes at med. speed. Pour into an angel food cake pan or 3 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.

So easy and yummy!
